System Warranty

Warranty - $99.00 per year
Our standard warranty on all Sonata Trading systems is 1 year on parts and 1 years on
labor. Extended warranties with 2 and 3 year parts coverage are available for an extra payment from CWS. We
use an outside warranty companies for this.
Should any part of the system hardware (excluding monitor, speakers, keyboard and mouse) fail within the first
twenty (20) days after the invoice date, Halliker’s, Inc, dba Traders World will do an advanced replacement
(depending on stock of inventory). The defective part must be returned to Traders World within 10 days of receiving
the new hardware via UPS, Federal Express or US Priority Mail with the proper insurance coverage, or the customer
will be billed for the replacement part. Traders World will cover all shipping costs involved.
For defective system parts found after the first 30 days and within the first year of the invoice date, the
customer is responsible for the shipping and insurance of the part(s) sent to Traders World. The defective part
will be sent to the manufacturer for replacement. The time for this depends on the manufacturer's policy. Traders
World will ship the replacement part at its expense. If the customer still has not resolved the problem with the
replacement and requires the system to be sent back for diagnosis, the customer will be responsible for the
shipping charges to ship the system to Traders World. After the system is repaired, Traders World will return the
system via Ground at its expense. In some cases we may have you send the replacement part directly to the
manufacture for replacement or advanced replacement.
Traders World does not warranty any software problem. If you install any piece of software or change any
configuration that adversely impacts your system or it's performance, we will try to help you to uninstall the
software. However, Traders World will not be responsible for any shipping fee involved, if the situation requires
the system to be shipped back to us for repair.
Overclocking Policy
If the customer attempts to overclock any component including, but not limited to CPUs, video cards, etc, if the
motherboard, or cpu are damaged by your overclocking they are not covered by warranty by us or even the manufacture
of the parts. We cannot warranty any component that has been run over frequency without our consent and we are not
responsible for any damage that might occur.
CPU / Memory / Motherboard Policy
CPU, memory and motherboard products cannot be returned for any reason, only replaced.
Monitors, Speakers, and External Peripherals If we send you a DOA (dead
on arrival) monitor, speaker, or external device, we will cover the shipping for UPS Ground to send it back to us
and send you a new one at our cost. However, if the hardware returned to us functions properly, we may charge a 15%
restocking fee. For any defective problems on monitors, speakers, external drives after 30 days from the invoice
date, the customer has to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty replacement or repair.
Components Warranty (Non System)
For any DOA (dead on arrival) parts, Traders World will send a replacement part as soon as Traders World receives
the defective component. For all other defects found after the first 30 days and within the first year of the
invoice date (second or third year for extended warranties), the customer is responsible for the shipping and
insurance of the part sent to Traders World for replacement. The defective part will be sent to the manufacturer
for replacement. Traders World will ship the replacement part at its expense via UPS Ground service. In some cases
we may have you send the replacement part directly to the manufacture for replacement or advanced replacement.
International RMA Policy For international customers (any country
outside of the United States), the customer is responsible for shipping fees (both to and from our location) for
defective components and/or systems. Traders World standard advanced replacement policy does not apply for
international orders. We must receive the original (defective) component before issuing a replacement
component.
Return Policy
Our return policy for non-defective components is within 21 days after the invoice date. All returns must be
accompanied with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call or email us for an RMA number.
Systems are non-returnable for any reason except for when it has been deemed they have been severely damaged by a
shipping courier.
Exclusion of Certain Computer-Related Losses.
Halliker’s Inc. dba Traders World is not responsible and will not pay for loss (“loss”) or damage caused directly
or indirectly by the following. Such loss (“loss”) or damage is excluded regardless of any other cause or even that
contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the loss (“loss”) or damage.
1.The failure, malfunction or inadequacy of:
a. Any of the following, whether belonging to any insured or to others:
(1) Computer hardware, including microprocessors;
(2) Computer application software;
(3) Computer operating systems and related software:
(4) Computer networks:
(5) Microprocessors (computer chips) not part of any computer system; or
(6) Any other computerized or electronic equipment components;
or
b. Any other products, and any services, data or functions that directly or indirectly use or rely upon, in any
manner, any of the items listed in Paragraph A.1.a or this document due to the inability to correctly recognize,
process, distinguish, interpret or accept one or more dates or times. An example is the inability of computer
software to recognize the year 2000.
2.Any advise, consultation, design, evaluation, inspection, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement or
supervision provided or done by you or for you to determine, rectify or test for, any potential or actual problems
described in Paragraph A.1. of this document.
You can return the computer for a refund within 30 days after your receipt of the computer if you disagree
with the trading computer warranty and the exclusion of certain computer-related losses. By keeping the computer
beyond the 30 days you are accepting these terms
